Tuna fillet fried in olive oil and seasoned with Salt (pink salt) and ground pepper. Carrots are boiled (just for 5 mins) chopped up and lightly seasoned as well. Some prefer just to eat the carrots as they are. |

My favorite salad from Modesto, when I don't have the time too prep at home. Boiled eggs, beef rashers, mozarella cheese, avocado, olives, baby tomatoes, lettuce and vinegar. |

This is perfect for protein day. Lamb and a huge portion of salad and not forgetting the pickled chili for a dose of probiotics (google up on that one!) |

Thinly Sliced Tuna meat and fried purple sweet purple potato wedges (no seasonings required as they are naturally sweet). Can be substituted with other types and they taste just as fantastic.
