Le début

Greetings SRDC-ians!
This is my first account on a journey of being an SRDC member. I was officially a member since August 2013 and was introduced by a person who refers himself as Nawism. I'm sure you have a story to tell yourself on how you actually end up being in the community but let me share a bit of mine...

It took me about one and a half year to make a decision whether I should enroll. It never crossed my mind that I would learn how to look at charts, analyze and take advantage of the market. However, during those times, I've lost count on how many times I've entered SRDC Previews and even introduced people and a couple of friends about the business, although I wasn't even a member yet. I know right.

Reason(s) why I did not join earlier:

1. I want to see if others do well first, then i'll join.
2. I didn't see if it was worth the enrolling fee, which was quite a fair bit of money for me at that time.
3. Conventional businesses can make money, instantly.
4. I'm hearing too many negatives towards trading.

So as you can see...

Reason 1: I didn't trust the system
Reason 2: I didn't know much about investment
Reason 3: I was greedy
Reason 4: I'm maybe listening to the wrong crowd!

I'm sure many people felt the same way in the beginning although I was quiet, I was arrogant and I thought I was smart (LOL).

Since this is my very first journal entry, I want to say thank you SRDC especially to OR himself for creating such a supportive community and saw a way to help others to become successful no matter where you started from.

After 2 months of entering as an USU student (i'm at my 3rd cycle now), learning becomes much easier & i'm beginning to see the benefit of doing back testing. Plus, it helps during review classes and you learn better, and faster when you are humble. Till then, have a pipastic week!
